Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

• The product must have been purchased from the ORCHID official website or authorized sales channels.

• ORCHID reserves the right to reject returns if the product shows signs of usage, damage, or tampering.

2. Size Exchange Policy

• One free size exchange is allowed per order.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Customers must ensure the product is in original condition before exchange pickup.

3. Refund Policy

• All products are eligible for return and refund if the request is raised within the eligible period and the product meets the return conditions.

• For returns not related to damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivery, a ₹100 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the returned product has been received and verified.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, or unboxing recordings of the product along with order details.

• Once verified, ORCHID will arrange a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

6. Important Notes

• ORCHID reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the policy conditions.

• Returns for purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, or resellers will be governed by their respective return policies.

• This policy may be amended or updated from time to time without prior notice.
